ViaBlue NF-S6 AIR Silver XLR cables with T8 connectors

The ViaBlue NF-S6 AIR Silver Analogue Cable is a cable specifically designed for the transmission of analogue signals, comprising 2x 6 individual signal conductors, a 6-layer shielding and 23 Airpipes, with a total conductor cross-sectional area of 15 mm² and an overall diameter of 16 mm.

Each of the 2x 6 signal conductors consists of 19 finely silver-plated copper strands made from selected, chemically high-purity OFC copper, ensuring a clear, detailed and perfectly balanced sound.

The unique construction of the NF-S6 AIR Silver Analogue cable creates an air gap at the centre of the circularly arranged individual conductors through the specially developed ViaBlue™ Airpipe system. The uniform spacing created between all the individual conductors drastically reduces the stray currents that occur during signal transmission, enabling a completely natural and unadulterated sound. This achieves an extremely low capacitance of 93 pF/m, which is essential for complete and rapid signal transmission and prevents the temporary storage of charge within the cable itself.

A six-layer shielding system, comprising three laminated gold foil shields and three counter-rotating Litz wire shields, provides 100% shielding to block all sources of interference, such as DECT or mobile phones, microwaves and mains hum.

The entire cable system is protected by soft braiding and a flexible, silk-matt cable sheath.

The NF-S6 AIR Silver Analogue Cable can be used in both unbalanced (e.g. for RCA connections) and balanced (e.g. for XLR connections) configurations.

Thanks to virtually lossless transmission of audio signals, the NF-S6 AIR Silver Analogue Cable delivers a captivating soundstage, even over long distances. The fine-tuning of individual frequencies through the complex ViaBlue™ Airpipe system and the special arrangement of the individual signal conductors, comprising finely silver-plated OFC copper strands, promises natural, precise and lifelike music reproduction with a clear sense of even the most subtle details. The NF-S6 AIR Silver Analogue cables are braided with the ViaBlue™ Cobra protective mesh, which immediately reveals the dynamic character of this high-end speaker cable. The splitters, typical of ViaBlue™ cables, protect the cable ends from kinking whilst ensuring professional and well-thought-out cable routing of the individual conductors.
