Information about the HiFi Accessories Customer Club

As a club member, you will receive a credit to your club account equal to 1% of the value of the goods ordered on every order.

A purchase value of EUR 1 therefore corresponds to a credit of 1 cent.

How to register for the HiFi Accessories Customer Club

You can only register for the customer club when placing an order.

Important: You must register as a “new customer” in order to create a customer account. This is the only way to collect club credits.

If you already have a customer account, it is not possible to collect club credits retroactively.

To join the customer club, simply check the corresponding box on the order summary page and then submit your order.

You can view your club credit balance at any time in your customer account.

Steps for registering with the Hi-Fi Accessories Customer Club

1. Add an item to your shopping cart
2. Proceed to checkout
3. Register as a “new customer” (no guest orders!)
4. Check the box to join the customer club on the order summary page.
5. Once you submit your order, your registration for the customer club is complete and you will start collecting club credits with every order you place.

Redeeming club credit

Club credit cannot be paid out in cash, but is only offset against orders.

1. Log in to your CUSTOMER ACCOUNT | Login
2. Go to: My orders
3. Use the form to request the voucher link for your current club credit.

Important: Club credit for new orders will be released after the 14-day cancellation period has expired. If an order is canceled, the club credit will be reduced accordingly.
