The Fyne F700 series sets new standards in speaker design: elegant, sophisticated and extra powerful! The five affordable models in this series, with their IsoFlare point source drivers and BassTrax enclosures, are derived from our top-of-the-line Fyne Audio F1 and are manufactured in the UK.

The evenly radiating drivers with magnesium pressure-chamber tweeters, neodymium magnets and cryogenically treated crossovers alone indicate the superior technology employed here. Curved cabinets with two reflex chambers made of high-quality birch plywood, solid metal bases with Traktrix diffusion lenses and the elaborate piano lacquer emphasize the discreetly luxurious appearance on the outside.

The result is an exceptional series of contemporary loudspeakers with unrivaled features, stunning aesthetics, and sonic characteristics that reflect our decades of experience designing some of the world's finest sound radiators.
The Cabinet

Hand-crafted for acoustic and visual reasons, the F700 Series enclosures have an unusual shape with curvature designed to suppress standing waves, while strong internal bracing enhances the stability of the structure. For best sonic performance, high-density birch plywood is used to form the cabinet with its two reflex chambers. High standards of precision and manufacturing quality are carefully maintained. Luxurious high gloss piano lacquer on walnut veneer or even black as well as white are the options for finishing touches.
Crossover

Our F700 crossover is the result of extensive experience in crossover design and the world's selection of the highest quality components. It features a combination of low-loss coils, high-quality ClarityCap capacitors and silver-plated van den Hul® cable for incredible coherence and the best possible signal path. In addition, each F700 crossover is treated with cryogenic cooling. This process of super-cooling and slow reheating frees the material from internal mechanical stresses and improves signal flow, providing greater sonic transparency. The high-quality gold-plated bi-wiring connectors have gold-plated bridges. The fifth connector provides separate grounding and shielding against unwanted radiation.
BassTrax reflex system

The low-frequency dispersion device of the top Fyne Audio models is also implemented in all models of the F700 series. It is a large downward tunnel and mathematically precisely calculated diffuser with tractrix contour, which creates a wavefront uniform all around in the low frequency range. The result is facilitated placement in the room with depth and volume of a large reflex enclosure without the usual limitations of interaction between the reflex tube and the environment.

This design makes placement of the F700 less critical than conventional loudspeakers, making it easier to choose a position in the listening room.
Chassis Technology

The IsoFlare™ point source drivers are the key components of all F700 models. Their technology is directly derived from the top-of-the-line F1 model. The pressure-chamber tweeter has a 25mm magnesium dome and is coaxially mounted in the center of a powerful low-mid driver with a stiff fiber cone and FyneFlute™ edge clamping.

These powerful tweeters have the uniform dispersion of a point source with unsurpassed imaging precision and balanced frequency response. A neodymium magnet drive, rear-ventilated pressure chamber and thermally conductive pole plate contribute to the sonic characteristics. The precisely shaped waveguide with unique shaping results in an incredibly linear extended frequency response up to over 30kHz.

The IsoFlare low-mid and floorstanding woofers feature the proprietary fiber material diaphragm for balanced midrange response and fast impulse processing. Their unique FyneFlute edge clamping is designed for optimal absorption of cone motion energy and corresponding resonance mitigation against bass and midrange coloration. A generously sized drive with concentration of magnetic energy results in increased efficiency and unstrained musical dynamics.

The good efficiency and high power handling are decisive features of the F700 series. Their powerful 200 or 250mm drivers are capable of faithfully reproducing the full range of musical events with realistic sound levels.
Pedestal

Constructed of solid aluminum, the bases of the F700 stand models offer unmatched stability, easy height adjustment, and are the ideal platform for Funne's patent-pending BassTrax™ sound control. Two 8mm thick plates are separated with alloy spacers that provide a strong counterpoint to the spike feet with their large knurled adjusting rings. Turned spike coasters prevent damage to the substrate. The Traktrix diffuser cone of the BassTrax™ reflex port is mounted on the lower light alloy plate. This speaker base, with its distinct design, is polished and anodized matte black to match the three color finishes of the floorstanding speakers.
