The custom design floor protectors (spike coasters) for the base level are optional and must be ordered separately. The Milan Reference 10 XL hi-fi audio furniture was developed by Custom Design in response to the wishes of a large number of Custom Design customers. However, perceptions of hi-fi furniture have also changed over time, and today the design of audio furniture is of great importance. That is why the Milan Reference 10 HiFi rack series was first and foremost designed as furniture. The product developers then drew on all their experience and knowledge from the last 28 years of the company's history to optimise the Milan Reference 10 HiFi audio furniture acoustically to the highest standards and without compromise.

All Milan Reference 10 XL HiFi rack audio furniture is made from solid hardwood, including oak, walnut and ash. All of these hardwoods are sourced from professionally managed and sustainably harvested forests, where more trees have been planted than harvested over the last 30 years.

Custom Design also uses only PEFC or FSC-certified companies as sources for its packaging, in which 76% of the cardboard packaging is made from recycled material and is 100% recyclable.

The 10 mm glass shelves are manufactured in accordance with EN 12105-02, with polished edges and available in clear or black glass. The hardwood or glass shelves can hold 50 kg each, and a discreet radius front edge on the Milan Reference 10 hi-fi furniture strikingly emphasises the high-quality design of the rack.
