The Soloist Stellar is a fully discrete FET Class-A headphone amplifier, built on 20 years of Burson engineering. Each channel is powered by four precision Onsemi MJE15032 transistors, optimized for high Class-A bias.

The Soloist Stellar includes a dedicated IEM amplification module built around two TPA6120A2 amplifier chips, known for their ultra-low 0.00014% THD+N, lightning-fast 1300 V/µs slew rate, and wide bandwidth.
This specialised design delivers a pitch-black background, micro-detail, and effortless dynamics—even with the most sensitive in-ear monitors. Whether mastering or relaxing, the Soloist Stellar uncovers nuance with breathtaking clarity and zero hiss.

Second-Gen Silent Power
The Soloist Stellar uses our new Silent Power Module 2, built around the LT3045 regulator—renowned for its ultra-low 0.8 µV RMS noise and excellent line/load regulation.
Compared to common regulators like the LM317 or LM7815, which produce hundreds of times more noise, the LT3045 delivers dramatically cleaner, quieter power. The result is a pitch-black background and greater clarity, especially with low-volume or high-sensitivity listening.

Precision Volume Control, Perfectly Tuned
The Soloist Stellar features a dual PGA2320 analog resistor-ladder volume control, offering ultra-low distortion (0.0004% THD+N), wide dynamic range, and precise channel matching. Unlike digital attenuation or traditional potentiometers, the PGA2320 maintains full resolution at every level.
