Ordering information: Please put together your desired rack individually from the levels available in different heights. The custom design floor protectors (spike coasters) for the base level are optional and must be ordered separately. Here we recommend high-quality spike coasters from renowned brands such as IsoAcoustics Absorber , bFly-Audio oder Silent Mount .

The Milan 20 wooden hi-fi rack with side panels made of real oak. The hi-fi furniture series was introduced by Custom Design at the request of our customers.

Customers' perceptions of wooden hi-fi furniture have changed: design is important. For this reason, the Milan 20 rack, made entirely of wood, was introduced. With 37 years of experience and knowledge, details have been added to improve acoustic properties to the highest level without compromising on design and performance.

All side panels of the Milan 20 series racks are made of solid hardwood such as oak, walnut or ash. This hardwood comes from professionally managed, sustainable forests where more trees have been planted than felled over the last 30 years.

Custom Design sources all cardboard packaging exclusively from PEFC or FSC certified companies. 76% of the cardboard packaging is made from recycled material that is 100% recyclable.

The 20 mm thick MDF shelves with real oak veneer are manufactured with a subtle rounded front and polished edges in black. The hardwood and shelves can support 30 kg per shelf, and the subtle front curve gives the Milan 20 range the unique, distinctive design feature of Custom Design.

The choice of real oak veneer and MDF shelves offers a more consistent and higher performance for hi-fi equipment than the option with solid hardwood shelves. No variations in density, no variations in weight or mass, therefore absolute consistency.
The standard shelf height for the Milan 20 range is 110 mm or 150 mm. Shelf spacings of 200 mm, 250 mm and 350 mm are available as custom-made options.
