The CLEAR Reflection Headphone SE (Second Edition) is the successor to the popular CLEAR Reflection Headphone. The current version is based on the more expensive dual-mono geometry of the CLEAR Headphone Cable. The performance is very balanced: neutral with a subtle warm tuning and audibly better resolution and dynamics than its predecessor, it is a perfect match for virtually any headphones. The internal damping of the cable has also been improved, resulting in tighter bass reproduction and a slightly larger outer diameter. The overall more robust feel is based on a further development step: the tread protection has been significantly improved!

Unlike earlier versions, CLEAR Reflection Headphone SE uses two separate supply lines, so that each channel has its own cable feed and the sound-impairing crosstalk between the cables is reduced. In the construction of the CLEAR Reflection Headphone SE, Cardas uses two bundles of lacquered Cardas copper, each wound concentrically around a Kevlar core and facing each other. The overall construction is held in place by special PTFA tapes and finally wrapped in black nylon.
